Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email. It will be sent to the email address used for your order. If not received, please check your junk folder.

If an item that you have ordered is out of stock at the time your order is being packed, we will always try to replace it with a similar product of the same (or higher) dollar value. If a similar product is unavailable, the product will be refunded.

You may not see delivery dates available due to the following reasons:

  • We are booked out of delivery slots
  • We only deliver to your address on a certain day
  • We don’t deliver to your suburb. Please check our Delivery page (in the About Us dropdown menu) for the list of suburbs we currently deliver to

Yes, our minimum order is $40. Delivery is free if you spend $100 or more.

Your order will be delivered on the day you have selected, unless otherwise stated. Delivery is between 10am and 7pm, and we endeavour to deliver as soon as possible. We offer a competitive delivery fee and cover a wide area for delivery, therefore we are unable to provide a closer time frame.

We offer Free delivery for orders over $100, otherwise a flat delivery fee of $10 applies.
