Pastrami

Pastrami is a type of cured and smoked meat, usually beef. It has a distinctive pink colour and a strong, smoky flavour and it is slightly sweet and salty, with a hint of smokiness.

Pastrami can be eaten cold, as a sandwich, in salads or as a hot sandwich. It is commonly served with mustard, cheese and pickles.

How to store Pastrami?
Pastrami should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It can last up to a month in the refrigerator, and up to three months in the freezer.
