Swede Each

Swede Each (also known as rutabaga) is a root vegetable that is related to turnips and belongs to the cruciferous vegetable family. It is most commonly eaten boiled, mashed, or roasted. To eat swede, peel the skin and slice it into cubes. Boil the cubes in water for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. After boiling, you can mash the swede or roast it in the oven with olive oil and spices.
