The Award-winning Olympus Fetta is a rich, creamy, white cheese with a slight tang, and a peppery after note. Olympus Fetta is an open-textured cheese, due to our short maturation process, and has a lower salt content than many imported styles and is gentle on the palate.

Olympus Fetta contains pasteurised cow’s milk, starter cultures, non-animal rennet and salt.
